This is definitely a different sort of drink and, in its own way, very refreshing; it won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, but maybe for a more seasoned palette it will be a delight. A simple drink, which was refreshing with a slice of orange or lemon and created a very enjoyable and refreshing aperitif. We don't drink it neat, but cut it with tonic, one little bottle of Crodino and a 250ml bottle of tonic does two long drinks with ice.

Both are designed for the Italian Aperitivo moment, which is all about stimulating your appetite (the word “Aperitivo” comes from the Latin verb “aperire”, which mean “to open”), therefore there are many similarities in their flavour profiles - both are citrusy and herbaceous and delightfully bittersweet.
